2000 Chevy Silverado Imsrtument panel lights

I recently purchased a 2000 chevy silverado from a bankrupted business. It has a lot of little problems. the first one is the instrument panel mileage lights do not work and the abs and parking brake lights stay on. I was told that the brakes were new and recieved the reciepts to verify it, but the auction people could not tell me why the lights abs and paking lights stay on. And last the the passenger side window does not roll down. It just clicks and nothing. thank you for your help
