Well if its anything like the nss on a 95 s10 5spd you have to crawl under the truck and lookup at the tranny. On the left had side about mid tranny on the side of it is your nss you will need a open end wrench or a cresent wrench to remove it. Its really really easy to remove

I have had my 1994 Chevy S10 Pickup for almost 2 years. About a year after I got it, it started blowing the number 4 fuse (controlling the gauges in the dash) and the number 9 fuse (controlling ECM and Battery) when I put it into reverse. I have changed the neutral safety switch, the computer, 5 relays, and the door chime relay. I have traced the wire and have found nothing wrong except for the door chime relay. I have checked manuals online and have found no help there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both of those circuits also go to the transmission. I would check down by the trans and see if you have some wires that are touching or are bare as something may have hit the harness and shorted it out. Pay particuilare attention to the pink/black wires and orange wire.
