1998 Chevy Silverado 6 cyl 102,00 miles
I am having a problem starting the truck 1st thing in the morning. I hear the fuel pump turning on and off but I need to turn the truck on several short times before it will take off. I had the fuel filter replaced last week and replaced the gas cap as well. It feels like it is not getting the initial surge of gas to start right up. I replaced fuel pump several years ago and noticed it whined alot. Not sure what the next step is ?
