my engine stalls and there is hesitation during acceleration. whenever i am at high speeds there is a noise that comes from the engine and it sounds like a diesel engine. i have replaced the EGR, IAC, cleaned the MAF replaced fuel pump and filter replaced the camshaft position sensor, and did a tune up and the truck still is acting up. also when idling, it idles low and sometimes it choking and hacking and sometimes it stalls and sometimes it picks back up.
