my pickup will misfire at steady speeds it runs great during acceleration but at steady speeds it misses and will backfire every so often. there are no misses at idle and when i put it in 4 low and try to drive it sounds like world war 3 constant miss and lots of backfires i have replaced the distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, o2 sensors, plug wires, cam position sensor. just looking for some help thank you.
