1996 Chev, Silverado, 5.7 L Vortex, A/C Problems

I am having A/C madness. I have replaced the condenser, compressor, had leak checks, had vacum lines checked etc. My a/c will not blow cold air and now it will only blow air from the Defrost vents on dash and it will not blow on front panel or floor . Also it does not seem to change into hi .

Your Heater controls maybe causing you problems or it could also be the module that controls the heating and A/C sysytem. I don't know if a scan can detect the problem.
You may also have problems on the inside of the heater box with doors and flaps that are seized or not working properly.
Check the electrical connections to the heater box and also the heater controls for green or corroded connections. Make sure your gounds are all good as well.
But first of all check all the fuses in under the hood and in the dash. It might be that simple.
