1995 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 240100 miles
The actuator in the dash that flips the air to the heat is stuck on heat. The AC is working but I cant get cold air to the vents. How do I get to the actuator flap to replace it.

To access the blend door, you need to remove part of the dash. It is located near the heater core and not a fun job to do.
