my rear blinker on the passengers side is not working. i changed the bulb and still nothing. The fuse box under the steering column also doesn't seem to house the fuse for the brakes. Where is the other fuse box??

My info only showed one fuse box, stop/hazzard fuse in the fuse box.

Did you use a voltage tester at the bulb socket? The lower brake lite and turn signal use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. They are wired through the multifunction switch.
