1989 Chevy Silverado Engine bogging down

When you press the gas while moving it wants to bog down but then goes back to normal for a second then does it again over and over seems like its not getting enough gas or its missing.

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

Okay I dont have a Catalytic converter, and I just got the Cap and rotor replaced. And it acts up only when your driving but not when parked, and the longer it runs, the check engine light will come on for a little bit not for very long though, then goes off.
