1988 Chevy Silverado Cranks but won't start

My Truck cranks fine but does not start, the day before I changed the oil and the next morning it does not start up. Could changing my oil have done anything to the engine to not make it start?

Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable mil codes? I can't see why changing your oil would have hurt anything.
