2001 Chevy S-10 Excessive fuel consuption

Engine Performance problem
2001 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 500 miles

I recently had a new engine put in my truck. I purchase the block and head as a complete unit. I had the Mechanic replace, clutch, starter, ect. He also replaced on fuel injector.

It ran fine for the first 200 miles but I was only getting 9 mile to the gallon of gas.

I was getting an error code of P0130, P0170, I replaced the sensor cleared the code. The service engin did not come back on.

But noe my truck hesitates the kicks in, it is blowing big clouds of black smoke, and I am getting 9 miles to the gallon of gas.

Where do I start to fix this problem.
