when I press the clutch pedal in and turn the key all the dash lights come on as expected but motor turns over very slowly and I cant get it to start it has a brand new battery and I cleaned and tightened cables. It eventually wears the battery down to just clicking but initially it just makes a whirring sound and turns over real slow I can hear the fuel pump pressurize and it has gas, I have replaced the solenoid, had auto parts store check starter and they say it spins just fine still the same problem
