Hello. When it is cold out my truck starts, but runs VERY rough. The MIL comes on for Multiple random misfires. After a few minutes the engine runs good. If it is hot outside, the engine starts and runs just fine. Mechanically, the engine is sound (good compression, etc.). The plugs, wires, cap, rotor are new. The fuel pump/filter are 2 years old. A dealer replaced the ECM and ignition module, which did not help. Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
