1994 Chevy S-10 turn signals

Replaced all turn signal bulbs front back sides rear, still not working, replaced fuse, where is the other fuse box, I know there is one by the driver side door got that but there is another where is it located?

'94 s10 only has 1 fuse box, turn signal fuse is #16 should be labeled Turn-B/U 15 amp fuse. If fuse is good than turn signal flasher is probably at fault.

There is 2 under the hood up close an to the top of firewall u can hear them click when your signal is on if its working.
