Engine Performance problem
1986 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 120000 miles

Tuned up this truck, but still has problem.
Acts like it is starved for fuel when starting out
or going thru first couple of gears.
In the old days, i would think it was like
an acelerator pump in a carbureator.

It just is iratic on acceleration trying to start out.
Embarrassing,, makes it look like you dont know how to drive a stick shift!

On the highway it is fine.

Thanks for your help,, i think it definitly has something to do with the fuel system.
