Shakes or Wobbles problem

My car sometimes shakes and stalls right after a cold start. It did it last summer, I replaced the sparkplugs and it was fine all winter but now that it is nearing summer again it is doing it periodically. It runs fine the rest of the day. I just have trouble on the initial start. It turns on fine, I put it in reverse then drive a few feet and it shakes and stalls. Once I restart it's good to go. Again for the past 4 or 5 months it was fine but now it has started again. Any ideas?
