Sticking Break On 1998 Chevy Blazer

I replaced the pads on the rear of a 1998 Chevy Blazer and also had the rotors turned to smooth them. Now the brakes on the left side (in the back)are sticking or will not release. I can push the cylinder back open with a C-clamp and it dosn't seem tight but when applying the breaks again the left side is very tight and not allowing the wheel to turn freely.

The pads are not sticking within the pad holders and I lubricated them before installing them. What is causing one side to not release?

Thanks
