Starter trouble
Car won't start, battery is good, starter is good. Starter kicks when turned over, but won't spin... Replaced it and now it's getting hot, don't know iff the wires maybe backwards or what.

It's easy to wire that up wrong. Remove the wire or the whole starter take it back to where you bought it and have them check it. Sounded like the only thing you needed on your old stater was a solenoid.
