99 Chevy Malibu. 68,000 miles. My blinkers have gone out, replacement fuses blow within minutes. I noticed condesation in the R rear bark light cover. Should I begin by changing my turn signal flasher and if so, where is it located? Or will getting a new brake light cover solve the problem?
