Truck jerks while driving like it's got a really bad missfire but engine doesn't sound like it's actually missfiring. It does it at all speeds and seems to be worse while picking up speed and doesn't do it as bad while at crusing speeds. Not sure what could be the problem. I'm thinking it's a tranny problem but any and all ideas welcome

It's best to have a tranny guy check this out as these are hard to diagnose what the problem is. If you have like a bucking thing going on, and yo have teh tires that have 80p.S.I. In them, try reducking the back tire pressure to 55 p.S.I. This will be ok as long as it's empty and when you load it put them back to 80.
