How do I adjust the safety neutral switch after replacing my transmission? T4x4 low range to engage. He indicator light in the dash is not correct and I am unable to get

The only way to adjust it is to put the vehicle in park or nuetral and if it's starts it's adjusted. You may have a problem with the switch on the transfer case and se eif there is an adjustment. However there is no adjustment given for that in the manual that we have available to us.
