My truck stalled smoking really black out of the tailpipe now gas goes straight into my oil took out the plugs and they are dry it wants to start but there is to much gas I have changed the throttle body but its still the same

Check your fuel pressure, maximum pressure for TBI is 11p.S.I. Also change the fuel filter. Also your return to the tank may be blocked, make sure that is working ok. And change the oil and oil filter to get the gas out of the engine.
