CHEVY BLAZER FULL SIZE BAD IDLE
1994 Chevrolet Other
I have a 1994 chevy blazer full size. It has 155,000 miles on the engine. The problem that I am having is that at idle you can here the engine bog down like if it is a bad spark plug or wire. I have check the computer for codes and replace the only sensor that came on the codes. The engine light is not on anymore.I have check for fuel pressure whichi at 9.5 psi, and compression was checked by the mechanic and told me it was good. The SUV has no power and is still has a bad idle. I have replace the camshaft, cap and rotor twice, wires three times, spark plugs three times, EGR Vavle, rebuild the heads, injectors three times, fuel pump, O2 sensor, fuel filter rebuilt the TBI. When I took off the intake mainfold, under the EGR valve, it was clogged with carbon, but I cleaned it out. I took it to a mechanic and it ran better but it still was boging down at idle. Another mechanic told me that it was the way it was suppose to run. The only thing that I have not change is the distributor. Can you please help me. Thanks
