1993 Other Chevrolet Models please my job is on the line

ITS A 1993 Chevy C1 series I was driving one night and both my headlights went off then came on then went off again then finally just stayed off the tail lights still work and the signal lights still work i dont know whats wrong with it and dont know how to fix it please help me it would help alot please my job is on the line I NOT SURE WHICH IS THE HEADLIGHT FUSE IF THAT THE PROBLEM? PLEASE A IMAGE WOULD HELP
