I have this chevy truck , it has a very loose shifter(manual) a friend said that you can fix the problem by taking out the shifter and replacing the (PIN) is this true? and will it take away the wabble from the shifter? if not could whoever tell me a fix for this problem? also i just installed a new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing and pilot. but now have a ticking noise in the clutch sometimes, and sometimes not. it comes and goes , but when a little pressure is put on the clutch pedal it seems to alieviate the problem any help would be greatly appreciated. :?:
