I HAVE A NEW REBUILT ENGINE IN MY CAR WITH ONLY 12000 MILES ON THE ENGINE AND I HAVE HAD OVERHEATING ISSUES WITH THE CAR. THERE IS NO WATER IN MY OIL. IM NOT LOOSING ANY ANTIFREEZE, BUT I HAVE WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT OF MY EXHAUST PIPE. IT ONLY LAST FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. MY EXHAUST PIPE HAS AN EXHAUST LEAK. COULD THIS BE FROM JUST CONDENSATION?

Yes it could be, does this happen everytime you start your car? And is it a lot or just a little trickle of white smoke?

That exhaust leak could be causing the condensation problem, replace it and it should go away.
