1997 Chevy Monte Carlo turn signal relay

My turn signals on my 1997 monte carlo do not work. My emergency flasers still work, cruise control, and wipers still work. I have changed fuses but don't know where the flaser relays are located so I can check and change them. Thanks for the help

The relay is located on the left side behind the emergency brake under the dash. Turn your flashers on and you can trace the clicking to the square black box. It sounds like the turn signal switch itself is bad, not the relay.
