1998 Chevy Metro Starting
Engine Mechanical problem

Recently, my car has been almost refusing to start, especially on cold mornings when it gets to about -15 degrees or colder. Whenever I try to start it, I get a smell of gas coming from the front. Also, it will not start when the car is not within 10 or so degrees of level, front to back and side to side.
