Ok So I on my 97 malibu 3.1 L , that i rebuildt and now won't start, I ran all the tests to compression, gas, spark and whatnot and still nothing. I did however put a dianostic on the computer and the only code that popped up was P1406. I had to look up the code and it said it was the pentle position censor and i can't seem to find out what that censor is and what i need to do to fix the problem. can anyone help???
