2009 Chevy Malibu I keep hearing pulling noises.

When I turn my wheel it sounds like a tension noise. And if I turn to far it clicks. I made sure the power sterrng fluid is full.

IF you hear a clicking noise, it could be a few things. What I recommend is to take it to a dealer because it is still under warranty and they have to fix it.
