If Andy Mohr a Chevy Dealership service department in Noblesville, IN tells you they cannot find out the problem and you catch them in 3 lies what should one do. They charged me $95 for a diagnostic fee. I was having acceration problems they told me CAT. I responded saying the same result happens without a Cat. They say remove it, I did and proved them wrong. Next they say MAF and they unplugged and claimed it would run ok.I respond no I did that, but I took there word on it and went to Autozone too pick up a new MAF. No result! Went back to Andy Mohr Service Department in Noblesville Indiana and had the shop forman go for a ride to make sure they new the problem. He responds your right the exhaust isn't the problem even though they say MAF now. Remember we are driving with no CAT so free flow with new MAF. So now I would be out $1000. The took me back and forth to work for 4 days too me they could not find out what was wrong with the car. Service Man told me they swapped out all the O2 sensors with new, but when I replaced my 3 month old O2 sensor I only hand tightened them and remembered to tighten it down when the service man from Andy Mohr said they swapped them out with new. Sorry to vent, but I had to get under the car and tighten down the O2 sensor that I hand tightened. He tells me now they need to dig into the engine. So I am afraid to let someone who has lied 3 times to do so. Anybody know what I should do. Someone told me to contact Zone Manager for Chevy. Embarassing for Chevy and Andy Mohr.I never raised my voice, just called them out on a lies.
.
Things I have replaced are Waterpump, Thermostat, CAT, TPS, EGR, Coil Packs, Plugs, Plug Wires, Fuel Filter, Intake Manifold Gaskets (correct ones) & MAF.I just took it to a new repair man and he says fuelpump, but I checked it and so did Andy Mohr they say it was getting good pressure.
.
Symptoms: Full throttle RPM's set around 3,000 and gradually move up. Acts like you when getting up speed like the parking brake is one (not litterally). You can kind of feel it missing when in idle if you set you hand on the upper intake manifold.I need some answers please

Sorry to hear that you have had so many issues. We are the Chevrolet dealership in Noblesville and were curious if you meant Andy Mohr Buick Pontiac GMC in Noblesville or Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield. Either way if you are in the Noblesville area and want a second (or fourth in this case) opinion we would be happy to look at it for you.

Thanks for your time and hopefully we can help you out,

Sorry for the mix up (andy mohr GMC Fishers).A lady at autozone told me to go to you guys. I took it to a place in greenwood, IN called Prime Performance and they got it running, but they told me fuel pump. I checked fuel pump and pretty sure Andy Mohr checked fuel pump, but car is now running. I receive the car back and a check engine is now on for a knock sensor that is not plugged in anymore. I plugged it back in and it went back to same symtoms. So I think I got screwed again. I just don't trust anybody anymore when comes to repairing a car. I am going climb under the car to see if they really did replace the fuel pump since a tab was broke off. If so I will ask for a refund or just go to small claims. Not sure what to do at that point. I will not own a chevy ever again nothing against Hare Chevrolet I am sure you better staff then Andy Mohr. I am sure alot of people from my work will not buy from Andy either.

Even though we are a new Chevy dealer we sell and service lots of different makes and models so if you should ever need anything car related please let us know. Nice to hear that the AutoZone referred us. Hopefully you get whatever it is figured out and get reimbursed for all the issues and money spent.

I posted that Prime Performance might not have replaced the fuel pump, but I did verify they did. So Prime Performance did find the problem when Andy Mohr GMC of Fishers Indiana a certified service department told me they couldn't unless they go into the engine.A fuel pump really. Andy Mohr and Chevy both should be embarassed of the service provided. I should charge chevy for making me go home and remove the catalytic converter to prove them wrong, then for the service department tell me they wouldn't put the catalalytic converter back on for their mis-diagnostic. I should charge them for the MAF they mis-diagnosed, but venting and getting the word out makes me feel so much better. I hope anyone who reads this in Noblesville or Fisher will understand that they should not go to Andy Mohr GMC of Fishers Indiana.

While any car dealership that has certified technicians can fix any make or model as you said this is an Andy Mohr thing, please dont drag Chevy down with them especially since thats not a Chevy dealership. Best of luck with the car in the future.
