1990 lumina 6cyl. heater blows but doesn't blow hot also only blows through defrost and feet. checked heater core in and out lines both getting hot. vacuum controller has vacuum but not distributing. is it climate control module or vacuum control . i also heard about a possible check valve if so where is it located
