1997 Chevy Lumina turn signal

No turn signal. Fuses are all good. Where is the flasher located for the turn signals. The 4 way flashers work good. But no turn signals! Please help

Test flasher relay. Flasher relay is located behind dash, right of steering column. For information on testing relays, follow the link below:
