how do you change the pushrods in a 1991 chevy lumina 3.1 L 6 cyl?

Take off intake manifold and then remove valve covers. Form there loosen the rocker arms and twist them sideways to pull out push rod or remove and pull out push rod and put in new ones re-torque rocker arms and your good to go.
