1991 Chevy Lumina leaking power steering fluid

1991 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 87000 miles
Their is power steering fluid sprayed all over the coolant reservoir and the surp/belt and down the left side of the engine housing,How can i fix this problem?
