Recently I slid into a curb and hit the front driverside tire and now when I drive my car the steering seems loose and tire feels like it is wobbling and I just wanna know whats is wrong with it

You may have damaged the tire, rim, or bent some component in the steering or suspension.
My advice to you would be to take your car in to a reputable repair shop for a thorough inspection before having something break on the road and causing an accident.
