Chevrolet Impala Repair Question

My honda won't start!
I have a honda accord 98 ex. I drove it 400 miles last night to LA with out any problems. I went to drive it this morning and it would not start. I cleaned the battery connections and checked the battery. It all seamed good. but for some reason it acts like its not connected to the starter, everything in the car works, CD player and lights etc... I you have any suggestions I would be grateful. Im pretty sure its the starter, that happened to my car it wouldnt turn over i took it off and had it tested and came up bad so i had to get a new one.
