Fast idle

I have a 1994 4x4 5 spd ranger and when I first start it or when I push in the clutch it starts idling fast. I dont kno if its a bad sensor or what but can you help me out a little?

It can be the throttle control sensor or the IAC motor which is located next to the throtle body the sensor is located on top of the throtle body it is a plastic part whith 2 screws holding in place. Replacing one of the 2 should solve the problem. It would help alot if you have someone do a diagnostic test on it. The test will show were the problem lies.
