wont start when is cold?

car wont start when cold.I've check main relley,and distributor,-its ok.There is new car battery. There is spark on the plugs,and gas coming from pump. It will start when we push it.After couple minutes it start normaly,or when is not cold,with no prob..
Hope someone can answer my question.

Ok,I v found problem.The ignition modul was not oem,and did not giv enough voltage,to sparks.
Now with new ignition modul,car runing perfect.
