Civic won't start when damp or wet out

Had new distributor put in about two months ago to fix same problem, but before only didn't start every four days or so coil was burnt. Now only not starting when its wet out and sitting for alot of hours not when driving.problem started about two weeks ago. Saw some water leakage when I lift hood up around the fuse box area and opposite side on drivers. Distributor seemed to be dry. Would appreciate some help on this one. Looked all over internet alot of problems with hondas like this but no solutions.

I had the distributor checked there were some cracks on the distributor cap so i had it changed and hopefully that would have been the problem...it did rain last night and it started up fine this morning. let's hope thats it.
Thanks for the reply.
