The car was in motion and just shut off. when I got out of the car the key would not turn back so the key could come out of the ignition (the key is stuck in the ignition). The car has a manufactured remote start and a chip in the key. I was told that the key and the ignition lost its connection and the ignition switch had to be reset. only thing I can not find the ignition switch. Can anyone help
