I replaced right rear power window motor with a reman. From NAPA. The new motor only works in down mode. Went back to Napa and tried another motor and same result. I swaped left switch to see if switch. Same result.I ran jumper wire from down wire to up prong on motor and motor does operate in other direction. Only thing I figure is green wire from harness to front left window did pop when I tried to check for voltage. Both prongs to motor is getting voltage and I pushed contacts down with a small screwdriver for contact with motor prongs. I even replaced relay switch which wasn't bad either. I get voltage from every wire on switch plug except the green wire. I tried to find 30 amp fuse in driver side fuse box which owners manual indicated. No Luck.

Hi
O.K. Here is what you got wiring at switch
LightGreen ground
Purple ground
Dark blue 12V+
other dark blue to motor
Brown to motor
What happens is when you operate switch you change polarity of motor so one way blue is hot and brown ground and the other blue is ground brown is hot.
So if you have voltage on every wire but green then master switch is Kaput
Let me know
Thanks for donate
