Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
This car has the 3.4L six. The engine makes a persistent ticking sound. The ticking is always present when the engine is running and tick frequency follows the engine rpm. I suspect a collapsed lifter. Could this be a lifter or could it be something else?
