2002 Chevy Impala windshield wipers

If I understand right your passanger one works still? So the wipers must have been stuck to window like maybe frozen? At the end of the wiper arm where it pivots there is a plastic cap under that cap there is a nut put the wiper in place with the wipers off and tighten it. Now if this happens to many times you will need to replace the wiper arm and they are 20 to 40 dollars. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks for you support
