2002 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 24000 miles
my dad's car just started to have radio problems. it was playing good and then stopped. it sounds like the antenna is no longer hooked up. no stations will come in just static. the tape player works fine. any help. thanks srf64

remove the radio and check the coax cable for the antenna.

ok i have a 03 impala and it was doing the same thing the center part of the plug is nt making ful conection the only way i could get it to work i took electical tape (black tape) and wraped around the outer grounding conection 2 times around make sure tht the ground area is covered push it in as far as u can and try it see if it works for u good luck hope i have been some help
