2001 Chevy Impala 4 cyl 140000 miles

The heater is blowing out hot air and the car is running fine, but the temperature needle doesn't move at all. I replaced the temperature sensor, but that didn't fix the problem.

Any other ideas as to what it could be?

If you are sure the new temp gauge is not faulty, then you either have a blown fuse, there's a short/bad contact on your instrument gauge panel, or a short/bad connection somewhere in the circuit between the sensor and the gauge.
