WHILE I WAS WASHING MY WINDSHIELD A PIECE OF ICE FROM THE TOP OF THE CAR SLID DOWN ON TO THE WIPERS AND NOW THE WIPERS WILL NOT GO TO THE STOWED POSITION WHEN TURNED OFF. THEY COME UP AND STOP VERTICALLY.

THIS IS THE DRIVERS SIDE.

ANY SUGGESTIONS.
