My car has been shutting off for about 6 months now. I have tried getting a tune-up, an oil change and i even went to auto zone and got a diagnostic test. Amazingly, my car started with no issues. So I went on my way. Its winter here in michigan, and i am afraid that someone will slide into me if my car shuts off in the middle of the road. When it shuts off, the trac off light will flash, it looks like an engine light/transmission light will come on and battery will flash in the message center. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to start back up again. puhlease help!!!!
