Chevrolet Express Repair Question

Intake leaking anti-freeze (red)
1999 Express 3500 5.7 is seaping coolant around intake man. I thought maybe it was running down from a hose or somthing, looked everyware couldnt find it . Could RED anti-freeze cause a leak like this, and what can be done? If replacing intake gasket is needed can this be done without removing engine, how dificult is it? I always use a thermostat and red anti-freeze the motor has about 120,000 miles

red antifreeze isn't going to wreck the intake manifold gasket, when they go out they go out, thats the best way to describe it.
