2001 Chevy Express no start cold

I have a 2001 express that wont cold start
I have done a complete tune up.
will start with a shot of starting fluid ,and then run great,I have tried dry gas and gas treatment,replaced the coolant sensor and have run a diganostic.nothing .
Any help would be appreciated

you may have a cold start fuel injector that may faulty.

This sounds like the fuel pump is going out which is common.
